We want you to love your ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all Velotric electric bikes in new and unused condition. If your bike doesn't meet your expectations, our team is here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

Document and Pack

Take clear photos of the bike and its current odometer reading, then securely pack the bike in its original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup as instructed by our team.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians receive and inspect the bike to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
